I just came back from an intensive project management course given by the Siemens Learning Campus. The week-long course, "Seminar for Project Managers", was given in Bad Tölz, and attracted Siemens employees from across the globe. Among the course topics were: managing projects successfully, leadership, effective meetings, work break-down structures, project planning and controlling, risk and quality management, team building, and conflict management. I'm very pleased with the course and look forward to putting what I learned into practice.
